What If…

what if negative self-talk actually isn’t negative…

what if we could reframe the way we view it instead to it being positive feedback

what if we could wake up to it and think “damn, something is out of balance here, something is off. why am I thinking this way toward this situation

what if we could ascertain that kind of mindfulness in all aspects of life

of knowing that there cannot be darkness without light…

and learning to see the good in everything that’s happening to us
