The “Lessons” You Learn

what’s interesting are learned behaviours. things we’re exposed to over time that eventually become our habits

none of our fears are real, nor are they our own. they’re fears we’ve picked up off others during our developmental years – unbeknownst to us

and when you look at animals who are trained to react to specific stimuli, you see this lesson come to full fruition

for there’s a dog named Lucy who lives in beautiful yard, except there’s no fence. so the owner’s placed a collar on her that would give her a little ‘signal’ should she try and venture out of the yard. Lucy learned her lesson and now doesn’t try to get out

but the thing is, the collar is now broken. she’s technically free… her previously learned ‘lessons’ keep her locked inside the yard…
